Clinical eye care service delivery

PKS Eye Care Project (medical and surgical services) has been delivering services through two facilities funded by ‘The Fred Hollows Foundation’.

Goal: Improving the vision and preventing vision loss for women and children in Khulna division of Bangladesh.

Purpose: Increase awareness and uptake of eye health services by women and children in Khulna division through integration of comprehensive eye care program into MCH clinics..

This project will strengthen health services entirely focusing on women of reproductive age and children in rural and marginalized communities of Khulna Division.

It will intergrade eye care into existing national Maternal & Child Health (MCH) care clinics in two districts of Bangladesh
