PKS has a General Committee (GC) comprises with 50 members. The GC meets once in a year. An Executive Committee (EC) consists of 11 members elected by the GC for a period of two-year term. The EC meets quarterly basis to assess the progress & performance of the projects. All projects heads are reportable to the Executive Director to ensure quality implementation. There is a finance department consists with Finance & Admin Manager (FAM) and project Accountants. The number of Program Managers, Monitoring & Evaluation Officers depends on the size & need of the individual project. The Senior Management Team (SMT) consists of the Project Heads, FAM and M&EO.
During the tenure of ESP (Essential Service Package) services delivery at the Clinic level, there was a team comprising Clinic Manager, Medical Officer, Service Promoters, Paramedics, Nurses, Counselor, Clinic Aid, Labour Room Attended etc. PKS had 380 staff at the clinic level composed with diversified skilled personnel including Medical Officers, Paramedics, Nurses, Finance, MIS personnel.
